Finishing Services

We offer finishing services for ornaments, hanging signs, coasters, flats for acrylics, and acrylic foot stand-ups.

What We Offer

Finishing orders are currently paused. Please check back for updates on when we will reopen.

Step 1. Fill out our online google form linked here. If our google form is closed, that means we have temporarily paused taking new orders.

Step 2. Download our finishing preferences document linked here. Please print and fill out a document for each item getting finished.

Step 3. Ship your canvases and your finishing preferences documents to us in a water safe package. Please do so within a week of filling out the google form.

Step 4. You will receive a confirmation email when your canvases have arrived to us.

Step 5. Once your canvases are finished, you will receive an email with your invoice. When your invoice is paid, your finished products will be shipped back to you via UPS.

Our Finishing Process

It is always our goal to provide quality finishes in a timely manner. We accept a limited amount of orders every few months to ensure a reasonable turnaround time. We will post updates via our Instagram as we pause and reopen orders. Our current turnaround time is three months.

Rush Finishing $25 (two week turnaround)

  • In general, 2-3 rows of stitched canvas will disappear when finished. If you have intricate detail right up to the edge of your canvas, we suggest stitching 2-3 extra rows around the outside. If the background is a solid color, it is not necessary to add extra rows.

  • For fabric, please feel free to send any cotton, velvet, polyester, or satin/silk. Please avoid any muslin fabrics, see through fabrics, or fabrics that fray easily.

    We love buying fabric from Spoonflower or Etsy.

  • For cording, we highly recommend DMC Pearl Cotton Size 5. You will need one skein of each color you would like to use. Please reach out if you are considering sending another type of thread for cording.

    DMC Pearl Cotton thread can be purchased at your LNS, Joann Fabrics, or Michaels.

  • Absolutely! You can email us a picture of your canvas with dimensions, and we will send you a quote!

  • At this time, we do not offer finishing services for 3D stand-ups or pillows. We do offer acrylic foot stand-ups!
